The Parents Notice A professionally prepared document describing the photograph packages and prices with an explanation of our best values, ordering instructions, terms, and an order form – ready at your convenience. Each Parents Notice is customized for the individual Dance Studio highlighting the Studio Name, Teacher/Owner, and detailed information regarding the Photo Shoot.
Multiple pose plans For the student that has more than one costume, the family with more than one dancer, or proud parents who want more than one pose of their dancer. These are our most economical plans – 3, 4, 5 & 7, 8, 9.
Additional's A selection of gift items like: Magazine Covers, Trader Cards, Mugs, Phone Cases, Key Rings, I D Tags, Add On Print Packages, Photo Magnets and more.
Guarantee All orders are guaranteed by retake, substitution or full refund.
Professional Staff Experienced, dedicated, creative photographers, most have dance experience, and service personnel who will do everything possible to satisfy your students and their families.
First Class Mail All orders are mailed directly to your students by First Class Mail.
Retouching All final images are fully retouched. Clean backdrops, costume repair and even 'booboos' are fixed.
Digital Negatives After your students and their families have received their photographs they can purchase all their “digital negatives” supplied to them on a CD or via Email.
Solo Backgrounds Clean, wide renewable muslin backdrops in light blue, light gray, white or mottled gray. These drops are our most versatile; being color neutral and allowing for “action” poses, larger family poses, and horizontal poses such as splits. Seamless paper is also available.
Group Backgrounds Our Super Large 20’X20’ or 20’X30’ renewable group backdrops allow your classes to show their stuff. In white, light gray, dark gray, mottled gray, light blue or medium blue.
Complementary Photos 1 wallet photo of each solo or individual photograph and 1 5x7 of each group photograph. Also, digital files are available with prior arrangement. Plus Head shots of yourself or staff at no charge.
Commission In addition to complementary photographs and digital image files your studio will receive a commission.
Interactive Web Site Our multi purpose web site will provide the Studio Owner, Parents, and Students to access Features, Galleries, Unique Products and Customer Service more directly. |
